Pan-Grilled Dory with Lobster Sauce

i just came back from Jusco Bukit Indah, buying some stuff for my room improvement project, when i realized that i hadn't had my lunch yet. so, off i went strolling at restaurant street in Jusco, when i stopped at Secret Recipe.

"Hmmm... How about that? It's been a long time since I last dine at Secret Recipe..."

so, off i went into the restaurant. usual secret recipe restaurant ambient, 2,3 charming waitresses, smiling for their customers, one of them showed me to an available seating. she handed to me two menu, one for the foods and the other for the beverages.

these were what i had ordered:

1. mushroom soup - marvelous, full of chunks of mushrooms which i liked so much...

2. vanilla milkshake - believe it or not, i had never tasted a milkshake before, so, wow, the taste was just, refreshing!

3. pan-grilled dory with lobster sauce - i didn't know what was dory, so i ordered it, turned out to be a fish dish, but turned out to be a lot better than your average-day-to-day fish and chips!!
